Purpose: The mission of the SSPPS is to provide participants with the opportunity to improve the knowledge, skills and abilities that will assist them in delivering quality visitor services through interpretive and recreational skills programming. Success will be measured by a heightened awareness and appreciation, on the part of park visitors, for the natural and cultural resources in our parks and their actions on behalf of the environment.

The 2007 Southeastern State Park Programs Seminar is being held December 3-7 at Fall Creek Falls State Park Inn and Conference Center in Tennessee.
